Nose is rich malt an a light floral. Biscuit and a bit of sweetness.

Taste is malty and layered. Lots of malt with a softly floral hop backnote to give it a sensational sweetness and wonderfull impression. Medium mouthfeel, crisp and with a slight tingle from alcohol this one finishes dry and slightly bitter, with a long lingering aftertaste of creamy biscuit, smooth light caramel and a malty resonance.

Dapper, well crafted and simply great! There's a restrained hops character in this that seems to stand back politely .

Welcome to the PGA beer rating system: one beer “Don’t bother.” Two: Eh, if someone gives it to you, drink. Three: very good, go ahead and seek it out, but be aware there is at least one problem. Four: seek it out. Five: pretty much “perfecto.”
