I was thrilled to see MCB’s strong showing at the Barley Mob competition! Nice job to everyone who took home a medal.
I have gotten some great feedback in the past from other competitions on how to improve my recipes. These comps are a great tool to fine tune your efforts. The first competition of 2011 is Memphis in February.I hope to see this strong showing carry over into the new year.
