I’m glad this trend of fresh hops/green hops started. It used to be shunned because of grassy notes.Now I know brewers who drive across the country and back just to make sure the hops arrive in optimum, pristine, even quite green, condition.
It can be done wrong,however. It can be quite abrasive and like chewing on a whole field of grass.Sounds like this was pretty much perfect.
